HOW DO THEY WORK?


low running costs on heating are influenced by utilization of natural sources such as air.


Heat from cold? How does it happen?


Easily - speacial liquid-refrigerant circulating in a closed circuit of heat pumps changes its state from liquid to gas and vice versa. It releases the energy subsequently used for heating up the water in heating system.

Four crucial moments of this change:
  1. refrigerant changes its state from liquid to gas in the evaporator during a very low pressure by means of heat from outer air
  2. compression - compressor raises the pressure of gas refrigerant. This process results in raising the temperature.(compression of refrigerant plus the energy for compressor movement)
  3. condensation - compressed air is led to a condensator, where refrigerant changes its state to liquid. The heat ist transfered to water circulating in heating system.
  4. pressure reduction is caused by expansion valve, which distributes the refrigerant to an evaporator.
